KEKERASAN TERHADAP PEREMPUAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF PEMBAHARUAN HUKUM PIDANA
Abstract: Violence against
women is a continuous threat to women everywhere in the world. Experienced pain
in women both during and after the violence is in fact much more traumatic than
that experienced by men. Women receive less protection from violence, even the
actors there are trends that are legally and convincingly proven guilty of
violence against women, shall be punished lightly. In this case the problem is
the future, this form of criminal law reform is how do against violence on
women. This research is a normative legal research using the conceptual
approach and the approach to legislation. In the future, necessary reforms to
the norm or criminal sanctions with the goal of protecting women from violence.
Protection of the victims was taken to provide the kind of sanctions in the
form of "compensation payments" and "the fulfillment of customs
duty" as an additional type of criminal.
