ANALISIS PERTANGGUNGJAWABAN PRESIDEN DALAM SISTEM KETATANEGARAAN INDONESIA
Abstract: This research aimed
to identify the form of regulation and procedur of the President’s
Accountability in doing governance. The analysis the law literature was to
interpret, to evaluate the law literature. The research presents the following
results : the accountability systems was in constricted meaning and in spacious
meaning. For the President’s Accountability system, can to do with the moral
responsibility, politics responsibility, and the law liability.
The conclusion of this research were the President’s Accountability
system to point at the impeachment or the law liability and its were maked
possible to the politics responsibility. The procedure of Presidnet’s
Accountability was enforced by MPR, DPR, and MK.
