ANALISIS MODEL PENGATURAN HUKUM HAK KEKAYAAN INTELEKTUAL PENGETAHUAN TRADISIONAL MASYARAKAT ADAT
Abstract: Through the
normative research, this research aim to analysis the form of regulation for
the protection Intellectual Property Right for knowledge of traditional people.
In future, the effort for the protection will be done by the form of regulation
for the protection of Intellectual Property Right for knowledge of traditional
people, by to adopt the convention of the biological diversification substance
and declaration of United Nations about the traditional people right. Its was to protect and regulation specifically
about the Intellectual Property Right, that means the traditional knowledge of
traditional people.
