HUBUNGAN ANTARA TINGKAT KECEMASAN DENGAN PENINGKATAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA PASIEN PRE OPERASI FRAKTUR EKSTREMITAS BAWAH DI RSUD SIDOARJO
ABSTRACT: Patient preoperative
lower limb fractures
generally experience psychological
problems of anxiety, anxiety can cause increased blood pressure and
thwart the operations management. This
study aims to
identify the relationship
between the level
of anxiety with
increased blood pressure in
patients with preoperative lower extremity fractures. Analytical study
design using the
design correlation with
cross sectional approach. Samples obtained
a total of 33 patients
with preoperative lower
extremity fractures are
taken with concecutive sampling
techniques. The independent
variable is the
level of anxiety
and the dependent variable
is the increase
in blood pressure.
The research instrument
used questionnaire (DASS 42)
and Sphygnomanometer and
Stetoscop. Data were
analyzed with statistical test
Pearson correlation (ρ = 0.005). The
results showed there
is a relationship
between the level
of anxiety with
increased blood pressure patient
preoperative lower extremity
fractures at the
Hospital Sidoarjo (ρ = 0.004). respondents
who experienced severe
anxiety obtained 13
respondents (39.4%) experienced
an increase in blood pressure. The implications of this study patient
preoperative lower extremity fractures can control the anxiety
to get closer
to God in
order to avoid
an increase in
blood pressure, because
of increased blood pressure affects the operation process.
