ANALISIS FAKTOR- FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF DI DESA GILANG TAMAN SIDOARJO
ABSTRACT: Exclusive breastfeeding
is an effort
to obtain good
growth and development
of infants, as breast
milk contains all
the essential nutrients
needed baby. Often
the mother can
not breastfeed the child
with either caused
by factors of
knowledge, education, health
and employment. The aimed
of the study
to analyze the
factors that influence
exclusive breastfeeding in Gilang Taman village. This study design using analytical research
design correlation with cross - sectional approach. Population
is the mother
in the village
of 32 people
in Gilang Taman
village. Sampling using probability
sampling with Simple
randome obtained 16
respondents. The variables of
this study is
the factor of
education , health
, employment and
exclusive breastfeeding . The
research instrument using
demographic data and
questionnaire data were analyzed
using the Test Binary Regression Analysis with ρ ≤ 0.05 significance level. The
results showed no
effect between mother's
maternal education factor
with exclusive breastfeeding (
p = 0.392
). There is
influence between maternal
employment factors with exclusive breastfeeding ( p = 0.013 ). There is
influence between health factors with
exclusive breastfeeding (
p = 0.013
). The most
dominant factor affecting
exclusive breastfeeding is the employment factor. The implications
of this study
that employment and
health factors affecting breastfeeding mothers
so that the
future can be
disseminated about the
importance of exclusive
breastfeeding for both mother and baby to the mother more motivated.
