Abstract: Dinas Perdagangan
dan Perindustrian (Disperdagin) in Surabaya have problems in data processing
spread trading business due to the application of Surabaya Single Windows (SSW)
can only be used for registration Business License (SIUP) new, extension License, and change License and
still using Microsoft Excel to perform data processing. In addition, the
absence of a system that tells you how many of each type of fields of trade,
development of the amount of venture capital, as well as the unavailability of
data spread trading business in each region of the city of Surabaya in detail.
Based on this problem, requires a system of information distribution and
potential trading business on Disperdagin city of Surabaya, in order to spread the field of
trade and report on the trading
business in Surabaya more easily monitored, and can assist in the analysis of
potential and evaluation of trade in Surabaya.
From the test results of this study has been able to meet the needs at
the Department of Trade and Industry, the city of Surabaya in the process of
registration, issuance, renewal, change, monitoring the position of the
document applicant, the approval process applicant License, spread trading
business, and report generation trading business
