RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI PENILAIAN PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL BERBASIS WEB (STUDI KASUS DINAS PERDAGANGAN DAN PERINDUSTRIAN KOTA SURABAYA)
Abstract: Each
year the Dinas
Perdagangan dan Perindustrian
(Disperdagin) Kota Surabaya conduct employee
performance appraisal process,
but there are
still problems in the assessment process. Based on the results
of surveys and interviews, the problems often faced by the period of the assessment
process to manufacture
valuation report which
takes 3 until
4 weeks. The
next problem is when the reporting process results of the assessment can not be done quickly because
the head of the personnel department must wait for the entire assessment
collected.Based on this problem,
requires an application
of performance appraisal
of civil servants
who are able to web based
help Disperdagin Surabaya in assessing work performance until
the process of making the assessment report.
From the test results of this
study, the application is able to speed up the process of assessment
up to 5
days. The existence
of the document
upload feature and
use digital documents very
helpful at the
time of collection
and during the
assessment process. Valuation report can be accessed at a
moment's notice without having to wait the entire assessment collected. Application
assessment can be accessed by the user via a laptop or a smartphone.
