PERAN ASEAN Intergovernental Commission Of Human Rights (AICHR) DALAM MENEGAKKAN HAK ASASI MANUSIA DI KAWASAN NEGARA ANGGOTA ASEAN
Abstract: This research
is describing about
the effort of
AICHR establishing human rights
in ASEAN region.
This research using
descriptive type of
research to describe the effort
of AICHR establishing human rights in ASEAN region. The research has using
secondary data that obtaindedreview of many literatureslike books, internet,
and any other
sources. The analysis
technique used is the
literature study or Library Research Studies.
The result of this research shown that AICHR still dealing time to
explore and prepare for more
legal instruments related
to human rights
violations. Nevertheless, the presence of AICHR have proved that ASEAN
also concerned about the issue of human rights violation and can be regarded as
proving to the world that the ASEAN region
have a regional
human rights courts
and of course it took a long time
to realize it.
