MOTIVASI SPIRITUAL DAN KOMITMEN AFEKTIF PADA KARYAWAN
ABSTRACT: The aim of this
research is to understand relationship between spiritual motivation and
affective commitment on employee. The subjects of this research are employee PT
“X” Sragen Jawa Tengah. Total subjects are 70 man and 16 women, 22 – 55 years
old, Islam religion, and with minimum 3 years as tenure. Data collected with
two scales consist of spiritual motivation scale and affective scale. Data was
analyzed with correlation product moment. Results showed there is a positive
correlation between spiritual motivation and affective commitment (rxy= 0,336;
p<0,01). It High spiritual motivation will increase affective commitment.
