DAMPAK PEMBERLAKUAN PERJANJIAN ASEAN-CHINA FREE TRADE AGREEMENT (ACFTA) TERHADAP SEKTOR KOMODITAS PERTANIAN DI INDONESIA
Abstract: This study aimed to
describe the impact of the implementation of ACFTA agreement on the
agricultural sector in Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive
research, which illustrates the impact of the implementation of ACFTA agreement
on the agricultural sector in Indonesia. The data used are secondary data that
was obtained through a literature review and literature such as books, internet
and others. Analysis techniques used are qualitative analysis techniques. The
results showed that the impact of ACFTA on Indonesia especially in horticulture
fruits in the country that had an impact on the agricultural sector in
Indonesia. Applicability ACFTA gradually raises new problems for the
agricultural sector in Indonesia. Agriculture sector should be the main increase
in the Indonesian economy, the horticulture sub-sector that felt the most
significant impact to the surge in imports from China, and in the plantation
sector that felt the positive impact of the implementation of the ACFTA as
export demand from China is increasing. Government has an important role in
protecting agricultural products in Indonesia as a result of the impact of
ACFTA.
