Abstract: WHO by FCTC, is the
impact of tobacco control policies are influenced by several factors, including
health, economics, and
law. These factors
interplay in the formation
of the FCTC.
Health factor is
the most important
factor in the formation
of this policy.
The high prevalence
of smokers in the world,
male and female adult
smokers and smokers,
especially teenagers and
children. Economic factors also
greatly affect this policy, related to the burden of illness and death by cigarette.
