PENGARUH PENGAWASAN TERHADAP PENINGKATAN EFEKTIVITAS BIROKRASI (Studi Kasus Tentang Pelayanan Birokrasi di Kantor Sekretariat Walikota Manado)
Abstract: The changes on this
government system join in changing the arrangement government in the

increasing bureaucracy effectivition society.
The kind this research is associative research is to search influence and
relation between one variable and another variable. Sample removal respondent
realized with to use proportional technique stratified random the whole sampling
25% from population or the result worker 316 peoples is 79 peoples.
The result of research to show realization head control and society
control was give positive contribution big enough and significant with
bureaucracy effectivition. The conclusion of the research results answer
hypothesis and be evidenced on this study is to justify there is the big
influence from controlling with increasing bureaucracy effectivition.
