PENGARUH ETIKA ADMINISTRASI TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL (Pada Kantor Kecamatan Pinolosian Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondouw Selatan)
Abstract: The worker of civil
as the part from government apparatus is asset from human source to increased
the real quality can execution task and efficient and effective function. The
purpose on this research to analyzed there is or not factor influence worker
ethics with increase the worker of civil human source in the Pinolosian Sub
district office South Bolaang Mongondow Regency.
This research to used quantitative descriptive method. Result of
population 20 peoples. To remember population under 20, then the big population
as respondent sample.
The test result correlation to show between variable worker ethics with
increasing human source the worker of civil in the Pinolosian Sub District
Office there is significant connection or sense. The analysis result regression
to show function connection between factor worker ethics with increasing
quality the worker human source liner polarization and positive direction.
