ENVIRONMENTAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AFFAIRS EXCAVATION C MINING PERMI IN THE DISTRICT MUARO JAMBI
Abstract: Enforcement of
environmental laws in areas already regulated in Law Number 32 of 2004
regulations on environmental management . However, the implications in the area
is still ambiguous . This can be seen in the licensing issues that still relies
on a particular sector with the aim to increase local revenues of various
charges. Consequently the field of environmental law enforcement licensing mining
difficult to realize. The aim is to determine the control system permits mining
quarrying C in a law enforcement environment . Besides, the factors that
influence whether law enforcement mining and quarrying C how prevention efforts
in Jambi Muaro. This research impiris juridical consideration that the starting
point of this study is to try to find a solution to overcome the problems of
environmental law enforcement settings permit mining excavation areas in the
District C Muaro Jambi .
