ANALISIS KEPUASAN PEMBACA NOVEL ISLAMI DI KOTA BOGOR (KASUS: MAHASISWA INSTITUT PERTANIAN BOGOR)
ABSTRACT: The purpose of study
was to analyze Islamic Novel attributes
affected university student satisfaction
on Islamic novel
and to formulate
recommended strategy to
novelist, publisher and related parties that improve Islamic novel
quality. The analysis methods of
this study are
descriptive analysis, Gap
analysis, IPA and
diagonal analysis.The result suggested
that based on
Overall Satisfaction dan
Customer Satisfaction Index calculation, readers satisfied with
Islamic novel. And based on Gap Analysis, IPA and Diagonal Analysis indicated
that 10 attributes as priority attributes need improvement to increase
Islamic reader satisfaction
level. Those attributes
are ornament, binding quality, cover-paper quality, price,
content-paper quality, printing quality, page divider, plot, cover design and
layout.
