ANALISIS KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL BERDASARKAN STATUS KARYAWAN PADA SUB SEKTOR PERKEBUNAN (STUDI KASUS PT PAGILARAN)
ABSTRACT: The objective of
this research are to analysis level of organizational commitment, job satisfaction (salaries,
benefit, condition of
workplace, supervisor-subordinate
interactions) and perceived
organizational support between
staff, full timer and part timer employees in estate sector. This
study is also intended to find out of factors that influence organizational commitment
employee (affective, continuance
and normative commitment). The sample is taken from the population employee
at production unit and office of
the board of
directors in PT
Pagilaran Central Java
were selected as stratified
random sampling. Hypothesis
testing are using multiple
regression, F-test and t-test.
Result of data analysis has that each level of the employees have high level of
organizational commitment and satisfaction to work condition. Differentiate between three type
employee are staff
employee have high
level in supervisor-subordinate interactions and perceived
organizational support but just the opposite at full timer and part timer
employee. The full
timer and part
timer employee have
also low level
in satisfaction to salaries and benefit. Interaction between independent
variables describe that each factors simultaneous significant to influences
organizational commitment at R2= 0.154. Based on partial test we find that only
variable of satisfaction to workplace significantly influence
to organizational commitment,
affective and normative commitment. Variable of
satisfaction subordinate interaction have significant influence to continuance
commitment. There are no differences
organizational commitment between
employee type in estate subsector.
