PENGGUNAAN MEDIA PUZZLE TIGA DIMENSI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KECERDASAN VISUAL SPASIAL ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN (STUDI DESKRIPTIF KUANTITATIF DI TK PGRI 25 KARANGREJO SEMARANG)
Abstract: Visual-spatial
intelligence of children aged 5-6 years becomes absolutely essential for
individuals to be well-adjusted and successful. The purpose of this study was
to determine the increase invisual-spatial intelligence of children aged 5-6
years after the media were treated using three-dimensional puzzle in kindergarten
PGRI 25 Karangrejo Semarang. The population was students in PGRI kindergarten
in the Gajahmungkur district who are implemented the same curriculum. Sampling
using cluster sampling, the sample is drawn, TK PGRI 25 Karangrejo group B as
many as 30 children. The results of the study found an increase in the child's
visual-spatial intelligence, seen from the results of the first test and the
second test after being given treatment. The results of the first tests a
percentage of 46% and the percentage of the results of the second test by 54%.
Then based on the calculation results of the tests I and II tests showed an
increase invisual-spatial intelligence by 8%. It is clear that an increase
invisual-spatial intelligence before and after a given treatment in children.
Based on the above description, it can be concluded that a three-dimensional
puzzle to provide enhanced visual-spatial intelligence of children aged 5-6
years after treatment is given to the media three-dimensional puzzle. Teachers
are advised to use the media three-dimensional puzzle in improving
visual-spatial intelligence of children aged 5-6 years.
