PENGARUH GAJI, PENGALAMAN KERJA DAN IKLIM KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstract: This research was
included as ex post facto research which aimed to discover whether teacher job
satisfaction was significantly affected by salary level, work experience and
working conditions.
The population which were employed in this research were the entire
elementary school teachers who were taking Continuation Study Program or
Program Kelanjutan Studi (PKS) at Department of Elementary School Teacher
Education (PGSD) of Yogyakarta State University (UNY). They came from various
grade of study and the total numbers of population were about 203 teachers. In
this research, the researcher employed Krecjie and Morgan Table on the 5%
significance level in order to determine the sample measurement which then
obtained about 134 respondents. The sample members were chosen randomly. The
data were collected by using questionnaires which were the reliability and
validity had been examined thoroughly before. The next step was analyzing the
data by employing double regression technique which was combined with some prerequisite
tests, such as normality analysis, linearity analysis, and non-collinierity
analysis.
The research result showed that work experience variable did not give any
significant effect on the teacher job satisfaction. Meanwhile, salary level and
working conditions gave considerable effect which were 6% and 16% of each.
