MODEL KONSEPTUAL PEMBINAAN GURU SD PASCA SERTIFIKASI BERBASIS KOMPETENSI
Abstract: The teacher certification
Policy need to be followed up with supervision to improve the teaching learning
qualification. The Purpose to improve conceptual models for supervision base
competency is to increase the teacher quality. This model as the result of
theoretical study and field study. From theoretical study can be identified
supervision technical through teaching clinic, workshop, FGD, lesson study,
sharing of experiance. For the effective model in supervision based on
competency is need to be applied real research.
