ANALISIS USAHA PADA PETERNAKAN RAKYAT AYAM PETELUR DI KECAMATAN SRENGAT KABUPATEN BLITAR
ABSTRACT: This study aims to:
Knowing the financial of feasibility layer farm in the sub district Srengat of
Blitar Regency. The survey method by taking three samples of farmers in the sub
district Srengat of Blitar Regency. Further capital calculation and analyzing the
costs of production and farm financial analysis that includes total cost,
revenue, profit and loss,
benefit cost ratio,
return cost ratio,
break even point
and payback period. The results
showed livestock industry people layer chicken net profit for the year at
first farmer is
Rp 601.159.600 ;
second farmer is
Rp 462.080.150 and
third farmer is Rp 422.969.800. It showed that the first farmer have the most advantages with the lowest
capital. Moreover of the financial analysis showed in the first farmer B/C is
5,5908 ; R /C is 1,4242 ; BEP production is 99.934,21 kg of eggs; BEP price is Rp 10.200/kg
and PP in a
period is 9 months
1 day, second farmer B/C
is 2,9476; R/C is 1,2461 ; BEP
production is 133.334,54 kg of eggs ; BEP price is Rp 11.650/kg and PP in a
period is 1 years 5 months 4 days, third
farmer B/C is 2,7976 ; R/C is 1,2433;
BEP production amounted
is 122.323,81 kg
of eggs; BEP
price is Rp 11.850/kg

days. It showed
the overall business layer farm in the sub district Srengat of Blitar
Regency deserves to be developed further.
