LAYANAN INFORMASI MINAT DAN PILIHAN KARIER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMATANGAN KARIER SISWA KELAS XI SMA NEGERI 1 SUKOHARJO TAHUN AJARAN 2014/2015
ABSTRCT: The purpose of this
research is to improve students' career maturity and interest information via
services career choice . This study used an experimental research design
approach non- equivalent control group design (pre - test - post-test are not
equivalent). Research subjects in this study are 38 students 19 students were
divided into experimental group and 19 control group students . Technique of
data collection is done by questionnaire instrument, interview, evaluation of
understanding test, and career interest inventory. The validation of the
instrumen is done by three stages, namely validitas construct test, validity
test, and reliability test. Empirical research results is analyzed by t-test
through Statsitics SPSS 16 .
Career maturity experimental group increased by 14.68 points or 12.11%
after the treatment is given in the form of interest and information services
career choice. Shown from , the mean before getting treatment at 106.53 , while
the post-test mean score of 121.21 . This is reinforced by the acquisition
value of t greater than the t table at the significance level of 5 % , i.e.
7.289 > 1.734 . It can be concluded that the interest and service
information effectively to improve the career maturity of second grade of state
senoir high school (SMA N) 1 Sukoharjo 2014/2015 accademic year. Recomendation
for counselors and the others eksperimentor to make this result to help student
to improve theier carier maturation.
