EFEKTIVITAS TEKNIK MEMBERI CONTOH SIMBOLIS (SYMBOLIC MODEL) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 3 MAGETAN TAHUNAJARAN 2013/2014
ABSTRACT: The aim of this
research is to find out the effectiveness of giving symbolic symbolic (of
models) to improve the learning VIII grade student of SMP Negeri 3 Magetan
academic year 2013 - 2014.
This research is research of his experiments with randomized control-group
pretest-posttest design, namely the clustering divided into two groups, namely
a group of experimentation and the control group of randomly chosen, by
administering pretest in both groups, granting treatment of a group of
experiments, and terminated by administering posttest in both groups so as to
be compared to the result of the two groups.
Treatment of granting information service and their film shown any
meeting. Population is learners class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Magetan, the sample
used technique purposive sampling.Data technique using poll and interview. Test
the validity poll designating that there are 25 item is valid. Analysis of data
use application spss statistics 17.0 with technique independent samples t test.
Based on the result analysis of data between a group of experimentation
and the control group can be known that engineering set an example (symbolic
model) effective to increase the motivation learn a student. It is proven from
t-test obtained the price of 0,326 so Thitung > Ttabel namely 0,326 >
0,167 with standard significance 0.05, then ho were rejected and ha
accepted.Thus then hypothesis in research is accepted that means there is a
significant difference increased motivation learning between groups the
experiment was given treatment and the control group that is not rendered
treatment.
Conclusions this research is a technique set an example symbolic
(symbolic model) effective to increase the motivation learn participants didik
class viii SMP Negeri 3 Magetan years lesson 2013 / 2014.
