STUDI SPEKTROSKOPI BLENDING GARAM TRANSISI NIKEL (II) KLORIDA PADA ZnO DALAM ASETONITRIL

Abstract: It has been investigated to prepare a heterogeneous catalyst by bending a Ni(II) on ZnO. The catalyst was use to transesterification of palm oil to produce biodiesel. The parameter is atomic ratio Ni(II) : Zn = 1:100, 5:100, and 10:100. ZnO-Ni(II)asetonitrilklorida was characterized by using FT-IR and AAS methods. The FTIR analysis indicate occure interaction between catalyst and suppot. In this reaserch the atomic ratio Ni(II) : Zn = 10 : 100 was gave the high metal loading level and low metal leaching level. The stability of catalyst can be seen by Ni(II) loading and metal leaching value. The value of Ni(II) loading and metal leaching were 5,9% and 0,26%, respectively.
