PENYERAPAN ION LOGAM Cd(II) DAN Zn(II) DARI LARUTAN MENGGUNAKAN BIJI BUAH SIRSAK (Annona muricata L)

Abstract: An investigation of adsorption of metal ions Cd(II) and Zn(II) with using the seed of soursop (Annona muricata L.) has been achieved. This work has studied some parameters, they are : pH, contact time, stirring speed, metal ion concentration, biosorben dosage and bicomponent solution. Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm for such process have been also determinated.  The optimum adsorption capacity of metal ion Cd(II) obtained at concentration 200 mg/L, pH 6, biosorbent dosage 1 g, stirring speed 150 rpm, contact time 90 minutes is 3.59 mg/g. For metal ion Zn(II), adsorption capacity obtained at pH 4, metal ion concentration 150 mg/L, contact time 30 minutes, stirring speed 150 rpm, and biosorbent dosage 1 g is 1.92 mg/g.
