PENENTUAN Cu DAN Zn PADA BUAH STROBERI (Fragaria) DAN BUAH NAGA (Hylocereus undatus) DENGAN METODA VOLTAMMETRI STRIPING ANODA (VSA)

Abstract: Research about determination of Cu, Zn in strawberry (Fragaria) and dragon fruit (Hylocereus undatus) by Anodic Stripping voltammetry method have been conducted. Studied accumulation potential and accumulation time as the optimum parameters used in this method. The results were obtained optimum conditions 0,3 V accumulation potential and accumulation time of 120 seconds. At the optimum conditions obtained relative standard deviation of Cu 1,02% and Zn 4,43%. This method was applied to the determination of Cu and Zn on strawberry fruit and dragon fruit. After the measurements of the two samples, found in strawberry 0,014  ug/g Cu and 0,012 ug/g  Zn, the dragon fruit is 0,014  ug/g Cu and 0,010  ug/g Zn. Recovery values of Cu 101,3% and Zn 105,8%. Limit of detection (LOD) of Cu and Zn is equal to 0,008 ppb and 0,026 ppb while quantitation limit (LOQ) for Cu and Zn is 0,596 ppb and 0,496 ppb.
