PENENTUAN Cu DAN Zn PADA BUAH APEL (Malus Sylvestris Mill) DAN BUAH MELON (Cucumis melo L) DENGAN METODA VOLTAMMETRI STRIPPING ADSORPTIF (AdSV)

Abstract: A simple and reliable method was developed to determinate  Cu and Zn in apple (Malus Sylvestris  Mill)  and  melon  (Cucumis  Melo  L)  by  Adsorptive  Stripping  voltammetry. Studied accumulation potential and accumulation time as the optimum parameters used in  this  method.  The  results  were  obtained  optimum  conditions  0,3  V  accumulation potential  and  accumulation  time  of  120  seconds.  At  the  optimum  conditions  obtained relative  standard  deviation  of  Cu  1,0228% and  Zn  4,4298%.  This  method  was  applied  to the determination of Cu and Zn on  apple fruit and melon fruit. After the measurements of the two samples, found in apple 0,0089  ug/g Cu and 0,0160 ug/g  Zn, the melon fruit is 0,0107  ug/g Cu and 0,0087  ug/g Zn. Limit of detection (LOD) of Cu and Zn is equal to  0,179  ug/g    and  0,1591  ug/g    while  quantitation  limit  (LOQ)  for  Cu  and  Zn  is  0,596 ug/g  and 0,5304 ug/g .
