OPTIMASI PENENTUAN Ni(II) DAN Co(II) SECARA SIMULTAN DENGAN VOLTAMMETRI STRIPING ADSORPTIF (AdSV)
Abstract: Research on
optimization of the determination of Ni(II) and Co(II) simultaneously with
adsorptive stripping voltammetry have beendone. This study aims to determine the optimum
conditions of determination heavy metal Ni(II) and Co(II) simultaneously with
include some of the parameters are: calcon concentration, pH, accumulation
potential, and accumulation time. It alsodeterminedtherelativestandard
deviation(SDR) and therecoveryvalue. From these resultsof measurement
resultsobtainedunder optimum conditions: calconconcentration 0.6 mM, pH7, accumulationpotential -0.3 V, and
accumulationtime120s. Relativestandard deviationvalues(SDR) obtained
fromthis methodis1.43% forNi(II)and1.39% forCo(II) for eight replicates (n=8)
measurements of standart solution 50
μg/L Ni(II) and 10 µg/L Co(II). This methodhas beenapplied directlyfor
samplesof Water Tap, river water Batu Busuk andsea waterBungusPadang. The metal
contentof Ni(II)andCo(II)respectivelyare:1.19 µg/L, 0.51 µg/L
and2.,50µg/LforNi(II); 110µg/L, 131 µg/Land146µg/LforCo(II). Recovery value
that has been obtained were 90.12 % for Ni(II) and 93.62 % for Co(II). Based on
the AOAC method, it can be concluded that this method has good precision and
accuracy.
