FERMENTASI ANAEROBIK LIMBAH KULIT SINGKONG DAN KOTORAN KELINCI UNTUK PRODUKSI BIOGAS

Abstract: Analysis of  biogas made ​​from cassava peel and rabbit droppings has been conducted. Biogas production was prepared with a variety of reactant comparisons which then its  water content, the content ratio of carbon, and nitrogen, were analyzed and especially for organic carbon was analyzed by Walkley & Black method as for nitrogen was by Kjeldahl method. From the analysis it can be found that cassava peel mixing and rabbit droppings takes 50 days and produce biogas volume for each comparison where for the ratio of 1:1, 3:1 and 4;1 producing 2.683 L,  1.982 L and 1.860 L, respectively. It can be concluded that the mixture of cassava peel and rabbit droppings in the ratio of 1:1 showed best condition for biogas production with the methane content of 60%.
