PENGEMBANGAN INDUSTRI PARAWISATA PARANGTRITIS: Studi Dampak Sosial, Ekonomi, Dan Budaya
Abstract: Development of
tourism in an area is sectoral abroad activity because related to
many aspects of
human life, so
it will impact
to the local community. The
case of the
study focus on
3 things, they
are (1) what
the shape of the community participation, (2) social, economy and
culture effect especially on occupation
and tradition on cooperate
alteration, and (3)
the policy of the government on tourism programs. Participation of
Parangtitis’s community are on economically activity and participate on support
to government’s tourism policy directly or not. On the
other hand, development
of tourism was
impact to social
and economy especially alteration on occupation that lead changing on
economy structure from agriculture
to trade and
service structure. It
is specially happened in orchard
of Mancingan as the center of tourism activity, involve all the
orchards in village
of Parangtitis yet.
The impact on
the other orchards became smaller
if the location is far from orchard of Mancingan In social and
culture, the alteration
is on cooperate
that is on the
implementation model and
difference articulation in
orchard of Mancingan’s community
especially Depok. The
other impact is the
appearance of culture
innovation in orchard
of Mancingan that
could be viewed as
awareness of the
community about how
important of tourism
in their life. In
the bad side,
development of tourism
was also increase
the prostitute that had negative effect on children and teenagers of the
village’s moral. The tourism policy of the government was support the community
on trade, service and
implementation on Sapta
Pesona Programs. However, policy of
the government on
using and preservation
the tourism object
in Parangtitis is normatively, it means the implementation is not really
real.
