PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI GURU SMK SUB RAYON 03 PEMATANG SIANTAR
Abstract: The Purpose of this
study are to determine the influence of: (1) organizational culture on job
satisfaction of teachers,
(2) leadership on
job satisfaction of
teachers, (3) organizational culture
on organizational commitment,
(4) leadership influence
on organizational
commitment, (5) job
satisfaction on organizational commitment.
This research method uses
a model study
correlated or path
correlation model. The population was
SMK Sub Rayon
03 Pematang Siantar,
and to determine
the sample using proportional
stratified random sampling
technique as 60
people. The instruments used
to collect data
was a questionnaire
Likert scale. The
analysis technique used is path analysis. The findings of this study
indicate: (1) organizational culture
influence on job
satisfaction of 15.9%,
(2) leadership influence
on job satisfaction rate of 31%,
(3) cultural organization providing a direct influence on the organizational commitment
of 34.8%, (4)
Leadership provides a
direct influence on organizational commitment
of 34.6%, and
(5) Job satisfaction
provides a direct influence on organizational commitment
by 46.2%. There are a few things suggested to improve organizational
commitment SMK Sub Rayon 03 Pematang
Siantar ways: First, to guide the organization's commitment to continuous
teacher, it is given based on the results
of this study
to the understanding
of aspects of
aspects related to the
common perception of the values adopted in schools and task completion
abilities of teachers needs to be improved, second, for the principal, and
guidance necessary to reform the culture of the organization and its leadership
in order to increase the job satisfaction
of teachers in schools, it is given based on the findings of this research is still relatively
small factor give
effect to an
increase in organizational commitment, Third, provide rewards for
teachers who excel in performing their duties as well as an opportunity to
continue their education
at a higher
level, Fourth, increase organizational commitment
should continue to be developed
through training and upgrading effective so it will be a
motivating factor positively to an increase in work satisfaction, and in turn
is expected to improve its performance in times to come, and other researchers,
it is advisable to follow up this study with different variables that also
contribute to performance in the future.
