PENGARUH KEPRIBADIAN, STRES KERJA, KEMAMPUAN DAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KTSP PADA SMK SWASTA DI KOTA MEDAN

Abstract: The  research  objective  is  to  determine  whether:  (1)  personality  influence: achievement motivation, ability, and performance (2) stress affects work: achievement motivation,  ability,  and  performance,  (3)  ability  to  affect:  achievement  motivation, performance  teachers,  and  (4)  achievement  motivation,  affect  the  performance  of teachers.  The  study  population  is  Professor  of  Private  Vocational  Business Management in the city of Medan. While the sample of the population taken some 30 people at random. The results showed: (1) personality on achievement motivation of 0.19 and indirect effect of other variables of 0.75, (2) personality on the ability of 0.94 but no indirect effect of other variables, (3) personality on the performance of 2.0 and indirect  influence  of  other  variables  is  very  small,  (4)  stress  working  towards achievement motivation by 0.21, (5) working stress on the ability of 0.86 and there is no  indirect  effect  of  other  variables  ,  (6)  stress  on  the  performance  of  work  because the result is negative (-2), (7) achievement motivation on the performance of 2.24, (8) the  ability  of  the  achievement  motivation  of  0.865  and  there  is  no  indirect  effect  of other variables., and (9) the ability of the performance of 0.87.
