PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KUALITAS PROFESIONAL GURU SMP AL-WASHLIYAH KOTA MEDAN
Abstract: The Purpose
of this research
is to reveal
the influence of:
(1) organizational culture
on work motivation,
(2) the principal's leadership style
on teacher motivation,
(3) organizational culture on
professional quality, (4)
the principal's leadership style to
the professional quality
of teachers, and
(5) motivation on teachers'
professional quality. This
research method uses a
model study correlated
and path analisis.
The population was teacher’s
junior high school
Al-Washliyah Medan, as 148
people. To determine
the sample using
Krecji table, with
this technique produces a
sample 108 people.
The instruments used to
collect data was
a questionnaire Likert
scale. The analysis technique used
is path analysis.
The findings of
this study indicate: (1)
organizational culture influence
on work motivation of
teachers by 16.9%,
(2) the principal's
leadership style influence on
work motivation of
teachers 18.7%, (3) cultural
organization providing direct
impact on teachers' professional quality
by 19.4 %,
(4). Principal leadership
style provides a direct
influence on teachers
'professional quality of 19.5
%, and (5)
Work motivation gives
a direct impact
on teachers' professional quality 22.1%.
