HUBUNGAN PEMBERIAN INSENTIF, PERSEPSI GURU TENTANG SUPERVISI KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN MOTIVASI KERJA DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA GURU SMA NEGERI DI KABUPATEN BATUBARA
Abstract: This study
was aimed to
determine the relationship
between: (1) incentives with teacher’s job satisfaction; (2) the
teacher’s perceptions on principal
supervision with teacher’s
job satisfaction; (3) work
motivation with teacher’s
job satisfaction; and (4) the
incentives, teacher’s perceptions on principal supervision, and work motivation
with teacher’s job satisfaction. Subjects were state high school teacher’s in
the Batu Bara Regency,
with a total
sample of 171
people. The result of
this reseach concluded:
(1) there was
a significant relationship between
the incentives with
teacher’s job satisfaction; (2)
there was a
significant relationship between teacher’s percepctions
on principal supervison
with the teacher’s job
satisfaction; (3) there
was a significant relationship between
work motivation with
teacher’s job satisfaction; and
(4) there was a significant
relationship between
incentives, teacher’s perceptions
on principal supervision, and
motivation to work
with teacher’s job satisfaction. The results obtained by the
incentives, teacher’s perceptions
on principal supervision,
and motivation to
work together to contribute 56% of the of teacher’s job satisfaction, and
the rest were coming from other circumstances.
