PROBLEMATIKA DALAM PEMBENTUKAN PERATURAN PERUNDANG-UNDANGAN DI INDONESIA
Abstract: The establishment of
good legislation is influenced by several
factors, fore examples the principles of formation of Foundation and
legislation, the preparation of national legislation, the preparation of
program text academic a deeply research studies. Additionally it will be
affected by synchronisation and harmonisation of the legislation. If these factorsare
considered, the resulting legislation will be in accordance with the
wishes of the community, so that the public do not feel oppressed and not
will not result a a lawsuit
to the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. All these factors
have been directed in Act No. 12 year 2011 about the formation of legislation.
