PERLINDUNGAN HAK ASASI MANUSIA BAGI PENGUNGSI LINGKUNGAN AKIBAT PERUBAHAN IKLIM DUNIA
Abstract: The impact of
climate changing has brough serious violation to human right. It result from
the climate changing has caused various environtmental disaster such as
tropical strom, flood, erosion and incrasing of sea level and so on. Such a
damage has many people loss of their basic rights. Include right ti live, right
to health envorontment and right te clean water and food. International law on
Protection of Human rights and on the wolrd climate system is quite many. However there is no international norm that
regulate the right of the people that has bocome refugee due to climate
chaning. Regonal endeavor taht has been done by fasific coutries could become
model in order to formulate norm of international law trhough formation of an
international agreement.
