Abstract: This
study aimed to
see differences in
job satisfaction based
on Bank Indonesia Padang
suitability educational background
with the field
work. The study used quantitative
methods to the subject 40 employees BI Padang. Based on these results
there is a
difference in job
satisfaction significantly between employees and the appropriate
educational background is not in accordance with the field work. Based on the
results of this study suggested the HR BI Padang and other companies
to be able
to pay attention
to the fit
between the educational background of the employees.
