HUBUNGAN ANTARA WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT DENGAN PRESTASI KERJA PADA PERAWAT WANITA

Abstract:  Nurse's  work  performance  is  quality  reflection  of  hospital  services. One of the conditions that affect job performance is the ability to resolve work-family conflict. The purposes of this  research is determining shown how work-family  conflict  and  work  performance  of  nurse  and  investigating  the relationship  between  work-family  conflict  with  job  performance  of  female urses  at  Dr.  Achmad  Mochtar  Hospital  on  Bukittinggi.  The  design  of  this research  is  quantitative  correlation.  The  research  subjects  were  50  married female  nurses  and  have  children.  The  data  analysis  technique  by  product moment  correlation  technique,  using  SPSS  17.0  for  windows.  The  results  of these  two  variables  correlation  test  showed  a  negative  significant  correlation between work-family conflict with job performance.
