Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Loyalitas Kerja dengan Intensi Turnover pada Karyawan PT. Cipaganti Heavy Equipment Samarinda
Abstract: This study
aims to determine
the effect of
organizational culture and turnover
intentions loyalty working
with the employees
of PT. Cipaganti Heavy Equipment Samarinda . Where
the proposed two independent variables and
the dependent variable
, namely organizational culture
and workplace loyalty serve as
the independent variable while the role of turnover intention as the dependent
variable.
This study used a sample of 71 employees who are working in the city or samarinda.
The data was
collected using a
questionnaire turnover intention, organizational culture,
and job loyalty.
Analysis of the
research data using regression
analysis techniques using
SPSS version 20.0
for windows.
The results of this study indicate that (1) there is significant
influence between organizational culture and work loyalty with turnover
intention (F = 80.022 , R2 = 0.302, and p = 0.000), (2) a very significant
artifacts influence the culture of the organization with the intention turnover
(beta = 0.811, t = 12.231, and p
= 0.000), (3)
there is significant
influence between loyalty working with turnover intention (beta
= 0.177, t = 2.674, and p = 0.009).
