Abstract: This study
aims to determine
the relationship between
transformational leadership
style and transactional
leadership style with
the labor discipline
at PT. KAU Village
Batu Sopang District
of Paser. The
study consisted of
three variables the dependent variable labor discipline and the
independent variables of transformational leadership style and transactional
leadership style. The data was collected using a scale methods. The samples in
this study were employees of PT. KAU
Village Batu Sopang
District of Paser
64. The data
analysis technique used multiple
regression analysis.
These results indicatea
there is a
relationship significant between transformational leadership
style and labor
discipline with the beta
value = 0,277,
t = 2,251,
and p =
0,028, there is
no correlation between transactional leadership
style with labor
discipline with the beta
value = -0,211,
t = -1,716,
and p =
0,091, there is
a relationship significant between
transformational leadership style
and transactional leadership
style about labor discipline the value of F = 5.578, R2 = 0.157, and p = 0.005.
