Hubungan Komunikasi Interpersonal Perawat dengan Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap di Ruang Cempaka RSUD AW Sjahranie Samarinda
Abstract: This study aims to
determine the relationship between interpersonal communication with
the nurse patient
satisfaction. The sample
was an inpatient in the hospital
cempaka Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda by 75 patients. This
study file were collected
by the scale
of Interpersonal Communication
and Patient Satisfaction scale with Likert scale models. The results of this study indicate that there
is a positive and highly significant
relationship between interpersonal
communication nurse with patient
satisfaction in hospitals
cempaka Abdul Wahab
Sjahranie Samarinda with r = 0.694 and p = 0.000. Then the results of
this study also indicate that there
is a relationship
between aspects of
interpersonal communication
aspects of the
nurse with patient
satisfaction in hospitals cempaka Abdul Wahab Sjahranie
Samarinda.
