HUBUNGAN KOMPETENSI SOSIAL DENGAN KINERJA GURU SD ISLAM BUNGA BANGSA SAMARINDA DITINJAU DARI TIPE KEPRIBADIAN
Abstrak: This study
aims to determine
the relationship of
Social Competence with the
performance in terms of personality type. Subjects in this study were elementary school
teachers Islam Bunga
Bangsa Samarinda totaling
49 people. Data was collected with performance scal, Social Competence
scal and personality type
scal. The data
analysis technique used
is Anacova analysis and analysis of variance. These
results indicate there is a relationship between Social Competence with
Performance by F = 4.194 dan p = 0.001. Later in the performance Personality
Type has a
relationship with F
= 4.509 dan p = 0.045.
Then from the
results of One
Way ANOVA showed
that there are differences in performance between
personality type A and personality type B obtained p value 0.006 and
significant level 0.00 < 0.05.
