PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN QUANTUM LEARNING DENGAN MEDIA FLASHCARD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X DI SMA NEGERI 1 PURWOHARJO BANYUWANGI TAHUN PELAJARAN 2011/2012 (PADA POKOK BAHASAN ANIMALIA)

Abstract:  Learning  motivation  influences  to  the   student  achievement.  Quantum teaching  focuses  on  the  dynamic  relationships  within  the  classroom  environment, interactions establishing the foundation and framework for the study. Flashcar ds is a pictorial medium that allows students to learn biology. The purpose of this study was to determine the student's motivation and student's achievement in learning biology using quantum  teaching  learning  models  with  flashcards.  Media  research  is  a  cl assroom action research (CAR), held in SMA Negeri 1 Purwoharjo -Banyuwangi. The samples in this study were the student's of X5 of second semester in the 2011/2012 academic year. Measurement is done by increasing student motivation questionnaire ARCS, while  for the students achievement  considered   from the three domains, namely cognitive, affective and  psychomotor  with  reference  standard  minimum  passing  grade  75.  For  the assessment  of  affective  and  psychomotor  used  assessment  instruments  was  made  by researcher.  The  results  showed  that  the  improvment  in  the  motivation  aspect  of attention  is  1.19,  relevance  aspect  is  0.33,  confidence  aspect  is  0.64, and aspects of satisfaction  is  0.95.  For  learning  outcome itself has increased an average is 1.8% in each realm.
