KONTRAK PSIKOLOGIS DAN MASA KERJA SEBAGAI PREDIKTOR TRUST KARYAWAN TERHADAP ORGANISASI
ABSTRACT: The study
was a correlational
quantitative study aimed
to determine the
role of psychological contract
and the emergence of labor as a predictor of employee trust in the
organization. The study involved 58 employees of PT. XC (international beverage
manufacturer) The characteristics of the samples used in this study were
employees of PT XC and
at the level
of implementation. Sampling
was done by
using nonprobability
purposive sampling method.
The data obtained
in this study
treated with a multiple
regression analysis. Measuring instruments
used were self-report
to obtain data concerning
the period of
employment and the
use of two
scales, namely the scale of trust
and psychological contract scale prepared by the researcher and has been tested
first. The results
of analysis of
data showed that
the psychological contract and
the work together is a predictor of employee trust in the organization. (F = 19
445, p =
0.000) and has contributed 56%
effectivelly. The partial
correlation analysis found that
the psychological contract
significantly correlated with
trust (r1, y-2 =
0709 and p
= 0.000). Instead
the work was
not significantly correlated
with trust (r2, y-1 = 0284 and p = 0.13).Meanwhile, additional results
show no difference in terms of trust with superiors and gender equality in
terms of common interest with the employer.
