ABSTRACT: The organization is
a group of people who get together and have a specific purpose. So that
organizational goals can be achieved, then the required human resources (HR)
that are reliable in terms of expertise or skill. The picture that emerged in
our country is the number of workers
who lack of
the skills, thus
becoming one of
the reasons so
many jobless. So that the strengthening of human resources as a major
part in the organization is needed to achieve the organizational goals.
