PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN MEMBANGUN SEMANGAT KERJASAMA DENGAN KEBERSAMAAN VISI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATOR
Abstract: This study
is aimed to
investigate leadership phenomenon
to build the
spirit of cooperation in groups,
and to study how the condition of groups, namely togetherness of vision
could have effects on the cooperation.
The results showed that
leadership variables that were validated through factor analysis, were
(1) integrity of the leader, (2)
behavior to build
cohesiveness, (3) cooperative
behavior of the
leader, and (4) networking. All of those four variables
were assigned as independent variables.
Based on the results, it can be stated that integrity of the leader had a
direct effect to influence the cooperative spirit of the group, positively and
significantly. It should also be noted that the cooperative behavior of the leaders
would be positive and significant if only there was an interaction between the
cooperative behavior and the togetherness of
the visions. The other
two leadership variables,
namely networking and building cohesiveness showed no significant
effect.
