PENGARUH KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL, STRUKTUR MODAL DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
ABSTRACT: The aim of this
study is to examine the effect of managerial ownership, capital structure and
company size on company value of listed
companies in Indonesian
Stock Exchange (IDX). Population
of this study is all Property and Real Estate companies that listed on IDX in
the period 2005-2010. Based on purposive sampling 78 companies-years observation
were selected as sample
of this study.
This study used
secondary data from
Indonesian Capital Market Directory
with multiple regression
as a method
of analysis. The
study showed that managerial ownership
has an insignificant
and negative effect
on company value,
capital structure significantly and positively influence on company
value while company size has an significantly and positively effect on company
value.
