PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN PRODUKSI TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN USAHA KECIL DENGAN PROSES JOBBING DI JAWA TIMUR
Abstract: In East
Java, there were
some middle small
industries focusing on
leather small industry
manufacture and imitation, making bag product, shoes which accepted jobbing
order determined by customer specification order and it had been able to hold
out up to now. Niche market served with on time system by applying justin time
production (JIT), whereabouts sum up production only by virtue of really goods amount
would be sold,
not regarding on
production considering sales projection. The ability of this
production often got customer complaint on not good condition or damage
product. Research result showed financial performance of small industries
influenced negatively by the ability of production with frequency on complaint
product quality and positive by frequency to give service on damage product which
has been survive until this time.
