PENGARUH KEADILAN DISTRIBUTIF DAN PROSEDURAL TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN DAN KEPUASAN KERJA SERTA KEINGINAN MOGOK KERJA KARYAWAN INDUSTRI TEKSTIL DI EKS KRESIDENAN SURAKARTA

Abstract: This research is aimed at, among others, analyzing and testing the influence of procedural and distributive justice on the job satisfaction and desire for strike of the textile labor industry in ex Karisedanan Surakarta). The procedural and distributive justice has related to job satisfaction and potency to desire for strike. The hypothesis is tested with method SEM which is assisted by AMOS and SPSS program. Found that procedural justice variable and prosperity variable don’t have influence to desire for strike, however procedural and distributive justice has positive impact and significant to job satisfaction, and has negative impact to desire for strike.
