PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN WIRAUSAHA PADA KINERJA KEUANGAN USAHA KECIL
Abstract: Musa (2001) and
Sudirman (2004) analyze that to overcome the low of professionalism small
industry entrepreneur ability in entrepreneurship aspect, management, technique
produce, product development because of low education are one of them could be
solved by cultural approach. Cultural
approach assumed that the importance of cultural understanding setting
in which small medium entrepreneurship grow and expand in order to growing the
innovation and fulfill market requirement, it can stimulate healthy competition.
Entrepreneur is the only human resource becoming the leader in small
industry. The ability of entrepreneur could become a competent advantage as an
innovator and idea development in small industry. This study concludes that
ability of leader entrepreneur not influence the performance of small
industry. This finding supports previous
studiesHindle and Cutting (2002) and Cadwick et al (2004) that high lower
ability of leader entrepreneur not influences the small entrepreneurship.
Cultural Setting in which small entrepreneurship grow in east java because
attainment of locus control, the environment in where it grew up as a
technician and internal factor society environment, therefore professionalism
of small entrepreneur need to be developed.
