HUBUNGAN POLA MAKAN, SOSIAL EKONOMI, ANTENATAL CARE DAN KARAKTERISTIK IBU HAMIL DENGAN KASUS PREEKLAMPSIA DI KOTA MAKASSAR
Abstract: Preeclampsia is the
hypertension and it is followed by
proteinuria, and edema that is caused by pregnancy in 20
weeks of pregnancy
or immediately after
giving birth. Dietary
pattern was associated
with preeclampsia, while preeclampsia
is one from
other cause of
maternal mortality. This
research aimed to identify
correlation of dietary
pattern, social economic
status, antenatal care
and characteristic pregnancy with pre-eclampsia. The
design of this
study was case
control, with population
were all maternal
who came to check up and being treated at the Dr.Wahidin Sudirohusodo,
Labuang Baji, St.Fatimah and Pertiwi hospital.
The sample were 60 maternal, that consist of 30 maternal from treatment
group and 30 maternal from control group
that was taken
by purposive sampling
method. The primary
data related with independent variable were collected by interview, while the secondary data, such
as the laboratory result of urine
protein, the doctor diagnosis were collected by the hospital. The results of
study showed that low energy intake (p
= 0,000 and
OR 22,176), low
intake protein (p
= 0,000 and
OR 28,000), calcium
(p = 0,000 and
OR 18,000), and
antenatalcare health services
(p = 0,01)
related with preeclampsia.
It is suggested to maternal in
order to increase the nutrient intake especially energi, protein and calcium,
and for the health workers should do counseling on pre-eclampsia to the
maternal.
